This organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Our coaches and staff are volunteers and do not receive payment; all fees collected are used solely to cover gym costs and tournament or league expenses.
The Splash Boyz are competitive tournament-only basketball teams consisting of 3rd - 8th graders who join forces on a quest for greatness. Growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship make up part of our broad scope of purposes.
Our coaching staff provides a supportive environment for experienced players, in an untiring pursuit of excellence. If you qualify as a competitive player with prior experience, you are welcome to tryout!
As a former collegiate scholarship athlete, we understand the hard work and dedication required to play at a high level. Our goal is to help instill the values and work ethic that young aspiring athletes need to reach their full potential.
Head Coach 13u Elite
Coach Dom was a standout at Silverado High, setting a High Desert basketball record and a CIF Division 1AA Championship runner-up. He was a two-time team captain at Barstow College, and received a full scholarship to the University of Jamestown.

Willie played a year at Centennial High School and then at Chaffey College. He has coached for two and a half years in consecutive seasons, elevating the team’s play to the next level.
PR/Office Manager
Melissa oversees daily office functions while managing public relations activities. Maintaining schedules, handling communication with clients and vendors, and organizing events are all part of her multitasking skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Assistant Manager
Hilda oversees the daily to-do list, coordinates all team issues, and handles complex administrative tasks. She also assists in staff training, tournament scheduling, and resolving matters vital for the organization's smooth functioning.

My goal is to elevate the atmosphere by creating a dynamic, human-driven energy flow, “the vibe”. This live control enables me to act as a motivator, bringing energy and enhancing everyone’s focus, endurance, and overall experience.
